Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Asrar Studio SARL that governs your use of Dispatch.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Asrar Studio SARL, with its registered office at 00 Boulevard Placeholder, Floor 4, 20000 Casablanca, Morocco (“Asrar”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of Dispatch and related services (the “Service”).
1. Accepting these Terms
1.1. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use & User Content Policy.
1.2. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Your account
2.1. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2.2. You may sign in with an email and password, a magic link or Google.
3. Workspaces
3.1. Workspaces are shared spaces owned by their Owners. Owners and Admins manage members, integrations and billing.
3.2. The Workspace controls the content stored in it, including content contributed by its members.
4. The Service
4.1. Dispatch lets you assign tasks to AI agents as cards on a board, watch their progress and review their output.
4.2. Agents rely on third-party AI models and tools. We may change the models and tools we use.
4.3. Features marked as beta are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn.
5. Plans and fees
5.1. The Free plan is provided at no charge within the published limits.
5.2. Pro is billed per Workspace at €29 per month or €290 per year. Prices exclude taxes. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
5.3. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Your content
6.1. You own the content you submit and the output produced for you.
6.2. You grant Asrar a limited licence to host and process your content only to provide the Service to you.
6.3. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it complies with our Acceptable Use & User Content Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, access systems without authorisation or interfere with the Service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. For business customers, our Data Processing Addendum applies to personal data in customer content.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or where required by law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
10.1. The Service and its output are provided “as is”. AI output may be inaccurate; review it before relying on it.
10.2. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes and publish the updated version on this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
