Subprocessors
The third-party companies that process personal data on behalf of Asrar Studio SARL to provide Dispatch, what they do, where, and under which safeguards.
Asrar Studio SARL uses the subprocessors below to host and operate Dispatch. Each is bound by a written agreement with data-protection obligations at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum. We give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor; to receive notifications, email privacy@asrar.example with the subject “Subprocessor updates”.

Optional subprocessors
These are only involved when you use the related feature.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC | “Continue with Google” sign-in (OAuth) | Name, email address, profile picture, Google account identifier | United States / global | Standard Contractual Clauses |

Services you connect
When a workspace connects Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook, an SMTP server, a webhook or a custom HTTP tool, data is sent to that service at your direction and after your approval where the action is side-effecting. Those providers are not our subprocessors; their own terms and privacy policies apply, and you can disconnect them at any time.
