How Asrar Studio SARL collects and uses personal data when you use Dispatch.
This Privacy Policy explains how Asrar Studio SARL (“Asrar”) handles personal data when you use Dispatch.
1. Controller

For content that you and your team put into a workspace, we act as a processor on behalf of the workspace owner under our Data Processing Addendum.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, profile picture, language and time zone.
- Workspace data: workspace name, members and roles, invitations and settings.
- Content: cards, attachments, comments and the output produced by agents.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser, pages and features used, run counts.
- Billing data: plan and invoices. We do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to provide the Service (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interests), to send service emails (contract), to comply with the law (legal obligation) and, if you agree, to send product news (consent).
4. AI processing
To run agents, card inputs and relevant content are sent to an AI model provider. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Sharing
We share data with service providers that host and operate the Service for us, with services you choose to connect, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. We use appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as your account exists and delete it within a reasonable period after you delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and backups to protect your data.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact privacy@asrar.example.
10. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to this policy.
