Cookie Policy
Which cookies and similar technologies Dispatch uses, why, for how long, and how to change your choice at any time.
This Cookie Policy explains how Asrar Studio SARL uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on the Dispatch website and application. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser mechanism that keeps small pieces of data on your device. We use both only for the purposes described below.
2. Your choice
When you first visit Dispatch we show a cookie banner with three options:
- Accept all — strictly necessary, analytics and marketing cookies;
- Necessary only — only the cookies required to run the service;
- Preferences — choose analytics and marketing individually.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you opt in. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We record your choice (with an anonymous identifier, the date and the categories selected) so that we can respect it and demonstrate it, and we ask again after 12 months or when our categories change.
3. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Signing you in and keeping your session secure, protecting forms against abuse, remembering your cookie choice and your interface preferences (theme, collapsed sidebar) | Not required |
| Analytics | Pseudonymous, aggregated measurement of how features are used, so we can improve Dispatch | Required (opt-in) |
| Marketing | Measuring the performance of our campaigns on other websites | Required (opt-in) |

Third-party identity providers (such as Google, if you choose “Continue with Google”) may set their own cookies on their domains during sign-in; their cookie policies apply.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in. Instructions are available in the help pages of your browser.
6. Changes
We will update this policy and the cookie banner before introducing new cookie categories, and ask for your choice again when required.
